Todas estas actividades se han convertido en estrat\u00e9gicas para las compa\u00f1\u00edas, ya que el \u00e9xito del negocio depende cada vez m\u00e1s del correcto funcionamiento de su cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"b913\">Conscientes de que los objetivos y est\u00e1ndares que busca cada negocio y comercio son diferentes, por ejemplo,&nbsp;<em>el consumo masivo y las industrias retail<\/em>&nbsp;tienen sus ojos puestos en el e-commerce ya que centran su atenci\u00f3n en los tiempos de respuesta, exactitud en sus entregas, horarios, etc. En cambio, para una&nbsp;<em>industria farmac\u00e9utica<\/em>&nbsp;su principal atenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 sobre el cuidado y la preservaci\u00f3n del producto. Debido a esto en diversas empresas, la responsabilidad de la ejecuci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de algunas actividades log\u00edsticas recae en compa\u00f1\u00edas especializadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"19f6\">Esta tendencia ha llevado a algunas organizaciones a confiar el dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de sus cadenas de suministro en&nbsp;<strong>operadores log\u00edsticos<\/strong>&nbsp;que se hacen cargo de toda la operaci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de la misma, para lo cual existen diversos modelos con los que se busca optimizar costos, evitar inversiones, focalizarse en el negocio propio, mejorar los niveles de servicio y de flexibilidad operativa, entre otros objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"a8aa\">A continuaci\u00f3n, te presentaremos las diferencias entre 3PL, 4PL y 5PL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"8153\"><strong>3PL (THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS):&nbsp;<\/strong>Ofrece distintos servicios log\u00edsticos como el transporte de entrada, las operaciones en centros de distribuci\u00f3n e incluso el transporte de salida, se convierten en intermediarios entre la empresa comercializadora y sus clientes \u00fanicamente para el resguardo, gesti\u00f3n de inventarios, maquilas y por lo regular sus clientes cuentan con l\u00edneas de transporte propias que se encargan de la distribuci\u00f3n de sus productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"007e\"><strong>4PL (FOURTH PARTY LOGISTICS):<\/strong>&nbsp;Es el proveedor que se encarga de la cadena de suministro que el cliente requiera, y organiza todo desde cero, a trav\u00e9s de estrategias que permiten conseguir ahorros significativos.
